Qualimatch is an online intermediation platform that connects consultancies specialising in food safety with professional consultants specialising in agri-food certification standards (GMP+, IFS, BRCGS, FSSC 22000, ISO 22000, Qualimat and others).

The Service allows consultancies to post engagements and projects, and registered consultants to apply for those projects by presenting their professional profile. Duvalis Consulting SL acts solely as a technical intermediary and is not a party to any financial or contractual agreements that may be established between users.

Accessing and using the Service confers the status of user and implies full and unreserved acceptance of these terms. The user undertakes to:

• Use the Service in a lawful, honest and diligent manner.
• Not use the Service for fraudulent or unlawful purposes, or purposes contrary to good faith.
• Provide truthful and up-to-date information in their profile and in communications with other users.
• Not reproduce, distribute or exploit the content of the Service without the owner's express authorisation.
• Respect the privacy of other users and not disclose contact details obtained through the platform for purposes unrelated to the Service.

Duvalis Consulting SL reserves the right to suspend or cancel the access of any user who breaches these terms.

All content of the Service, including — without limitation — the "Qualimatch" trade mark, the visual design, the source code, the texts, the illustrations and the structure of the platform, is owned by Duvalis Consulting SL or its licensors, and is protected by Spanish and international legislation on intellectual and industrial property.

The reproduction, distribution, transformation or public communication of any element of the Service without the prior written authorisation of Duvalis Consulting SL is expressly prohibited.

Duvalis Consulting SL does not guarantee the uninterrupted availability of the Service and accepts no liability for any damage that may arise from its use, including errors or omissions in the content posted by users, or for the accuracy of the information they provide.

Any links to third-party websites that may be included in the Service are provided for information purposes only. Duvalis Consulting SL accepts no liability for the content, availability or legality of such external sites.

These terms are governed by Spanish law. For the resolution of any dispute arising from access to or use of the Service, the parties submit, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction, to the Courts and Tribunals of Barcelona.
