Terms and Conditions

Qualimatch is an online intermediation platform operated by Duvalis Consulting SL (CIF B02740959) that connects consultancies specialising in food safety with professional consultants specialising in agri-food certification standards.

Qualimatch is not a party to the agreements, contracts or financial relationships established between consultancies and consultants through the platform. Duvalis Consulting SL acts solely as a technology intermediary.

Registering for and using the Service implies full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions, the Privacy Policy and the Cookie Policy. If you do not agree with any of these documents, you must refrain from using the Service.

3.1 Consultants

Users registered as consultants may create and maintain a professional profile, browse the projects posted by consultancies, apply for those that fit their profile and manage their active applications.

3.2 Consultancies

Users registered as consultancies may post projects and engagements, browse the directory of available consultants, review applications and manage the status of projects and applications.

3.3 Registration requirements

To register with Qualimatch, the user must be over 18, provide truthful information and accept these Terms. Each user is responsible for the confidentiality of their login credentials.

• The information in the professional profile must be truthful and kept up to date.
• Application messages must be professional and respectful.
• Applying for projects without a genuine intention to collaborate is not permitted.
• The consultant accepts that their profile and contact data will be shared with the consultancy when applying for a project.
• Using the contact details of other consultancies for purposes unrelated to the Service is not permitted.

• Posted projects must correspond to real needs and describe the engagement accurately.
• Posting projects that break the law or are discriminatory is prohibited.
• Consultancies undertake to handle the applications they receive diligently and respectfully.
• Using consultants' contact details for purposes unrelated to the posted project is not permitted.

Qualimatch facilitates contact between consultancies and consultants but does not intervene in and is not responsible for:

• The financial agreements, contracts or employment relationships established between the parties.
• The fulfilment of the obligations the parties assume towards each other.
• The quality, suitability or final outcome of the services provided by the consultant to the consultancy.
• The payments, fees or financial terms of the projects.

Any dispute between users must be resolved directly between them, without involving Duvalis Consulting SL.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Duvalis Consulting SL will not be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Service, including:

• Loss of income or business opportunities.
• Fraudulent or negligent conduct by other users.
• Interruptions to the Service for maintenance or technical reasons.

Duvalis Consulting SL's maximum liability towards the user, in any event, will be limited to the amount the user has paid for use of the Service in the last 12 months (being zero if access is free).

Duvalis Consulting SL reserves the right to suspend or cancel the account of any user who breaches these Terms, without notice and without liability. The user may request the deletion of their account at any time by writing to contact@duvalisconsulting.com.

Duvalis Consulting SL may modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be notified to users by email or through a notice on the platform. Continued use of the Service after notification implies acceptance of the new terms.

These Terms are governed by Spanish law. For the resolution of any dispute, the parties submit to the jurisdiction of the Courts and Tribunals of Barcelona, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction.
